Pathway
T-cell receptor signalling
Signal integration downstream of TCR engagement.
Also called: TCR signalling, T cell receptor signalling, TCR/CD3 signalling

In short
- 1What it is: a pathway in signalling and mechanisms.
- 2How it connects: acts on 2 and is affected by 3 concepts — mostly 2 cell, 2 receptor, 1 therapy.
- 3Where it sits: recognition, signalling on the 15-step immune chain.
What it does
TCR+pMHC → ZAP-70 → LAT → PLCγ → Ca2+/PKCθ → NFAT/NF-κB/AP-1 → IL-2/CD25/CD69; PD-1→SHP-2 dephosphorylates ZAP-70 → T cell inactivation (anti-PD-1 restores ZAP-70 phosphorylation)
Its connections at a glance
Each dot is a concept directly linked to T-cell receptor signalling. Colours show the kind of concept.
