Receptor
TCR
T cell receptor: αβ heterodimer (or γδ) + CD3 complex (ε,γ,δ,ζ).
Also called: T cell receptor, αβ TCR, γδ TCR

In short
- 1What it is: a receptor in molecules and receptors.
- 2How it connects: acts on 1 and is affected by 2 concepts — mostly 2 pathway, 1 ai method.
- 3Where it sits: recognition on the 15-step immune chain.
What it does
CAR (chimeric antigen receptor) replaces TCR variable regions with antibody-derived scFv → MHC-independent recognition (bypasses MHC-I downregulation cancer escape); tebentafusp = TCR-based bispecific (gp100/HLA-A*02:01 × CD3)
